Returning goods (RMA)

If you plan to send us a return-shipment of goods/products in case of repair or warranty, we ask you to pre-register the shipment by completing our RMA request form below.

Steps to be taken to start the RMA procedure:

  •   Fill in the RMA form below
  •   Include picture(s) of the object(s)
  •   Submit the form
  •   Wait for our reply before undertaking further actions!

 

Do you have a customer ID?

Your customer ID can be found on your order confirmation, packing slip, or invoice.

Is your shipping address different from you main address?*

Please include photographs of the object to be evaluated/repaired (max. 4).

In case of spring cable reel you're required to show type shield with type and serial number.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not ship items before you have received an RMA case form.
